The team did not provide me with a satisfactory response. The lack of consideration and care I have received from this company frustrates and disappoints me. The fake promises that the consultant representative made during our interaction were not kept, which has only increased my sense of annoyance and disappointment. I believe your company misled me because I believed you would provide the services as promised, but sadly, that was not the case. However, their representative insisted on prompt payment of your consultation fee for the process before proceeding with any kind of survey to gather information, but still, two months later, there has been no process. Even when I request a refund, they play tricks on the customers.
