Recently I booked a tour with Golden trips (, http://www.thegoldentrips.com/)
travel agent in Kolkata.I paid 10000 in advance booking.My tour was from chennai to chennai covering Tirupati, Rameshwaram, kanyakumari, madurai.Today after I reach chennai central with my family there was no cab.Yesterday I called from train 100 times but they did not pick up phone.Today the guy picked up but warned me he won’t refund my money whatever I can do.kindly help.
