I have booked three days trip for mahabaleshwar in the great vaccation club tours and pakages they promised us one hotel after receiving 50%amoubt they booked very cheep hotel without informing us. The hotel is unhygenic and very worst hotel we visit. We inform them to change the hotel or cancel the booking but they said don’t worry we ll take care of everything i[censored] feel any uncomfortable we ll change the hotel immediately. But it won’t happen they said that there ll be complimentary food but it also not available. Finally we get disappointed with them if we called them they ll not attend the call it’s very fraud and cheep company
