THE MOBILE STORE – Complaint against THE MOBILE STORE – extended waarranty scheme

I have submitted my mobile handset under the extended warranty scheme of THE MOBILE STORE on 8th

january 2014
Though they claim maximum time for repair 15 days , it has been one month already over and i haven’t received my phone back.Continously enquiry at noida sector-18 store , and no one is telling me that when my mobile is come back..INstead of resolving my problem thay asked me to contact their head of store mr salesh….and they tell me that i m not responsible person for that and now the technician AVdesh and STORE manager Aamir is not recieving my call also…

I am complaining at their call centre also but i dont get any response from their also Complaint no- MSCO10033699
