I am complaining about Pushpendra Singh, He told me we can book 3 to 4 rooms whenever it’s need and it will be adjusted in total 35days package. Now they are saying I can book only 1 room as I’m only eligible for that, Also badly misbehaved saying Bakwass maat kro mere sath, Not replying properly Nor the Booking Team is replying I’m Trapped
The Park Holidays International Pvt Ltd Sales Person Pushpendra Singh have committed to provide Semi Suit Room, 2 to 3 Rooms during one trip and those will be adjusted in total alloted 35 days membership now they are denied saying that they haven’t told anything like that, Also misbehaving and misguiding like anything, The Booking team is Not even replying,
It’s a trap they will reply in initial 1st month because as per cancellation policy after 30 days your money is non refundable so they will reply properly and also anything whatever you want once the 30 days pass they will not even answer you properly sales person will say it’s not his job talk to booking team and booking team will stick to the agreement what was given you at the time of taking membership.
I want my money back they have cheated me Especially Pushpendra Singh is the Culprit.
