Despite being members for five years, we have not been able to take a single trip. Depending on the situation, there may not be any hotels available at all, no rooms, or a choice, which we can choose, but when we pay, they inform us that the option is no longer available. Additionally, they haven’t reimbursed us for our R26,000 non-booking fee for the past six months.
Their occupation is dishonesty.
Those who force us to accept membership won’t reply.
They asked me to take down the review after I posted it. They called to say, “We have deactivated your membership,” when I refused.
