The company had asked to submit 600 resumes, each of about 4 pages on an average, in 7 days with 90% accuracy, which in itself is a big task. However, on completion they find unnecessary faults in the job and then ask the consumer to pay portal charges. If the consumer doesn’t pay then they threaten to send a legal notice. The job is very time consuming and isn’t part time. Even if a consumer manages to complete, they lower the accuracy and ask the consumer to pay if the consumer doesn’t want any legal action against them. Also, the payment, if the accuracy is achieved is supposed to be Rs.30 per correct resume. Since, achieving the accuracy within the time frame is extremely difficult, they say that Rs.2 will be paid per correct resume. Most people unaware of other’s experience posted online, pay the money but never receive a noc which the company promises to give to avoid legal proceedings.
Note: everything is done online/virtually
My experience with them was horrible. Initially they were very formal. They asked me to send my aadhar pdf which I did. Then they sent me a username id and password to login. After logging in, they asked me to sign a virtual agreement. I thought it was fake because, like other agreements I wasn’t asked to sign on every page of the agreement. I was asked to sign on the last page through some virtual signature application. After signing the contract, I found the work to be very tedious but I managed to complete it within the time frame. However, the female who had arranged everything for me (username id and password, told me about the company) told me the next day that a legal case had been registered against me for not completing the work on time. I sent a screenshot and she apologised for registering a case without checking which was a very bad work ethic. After 4 days their QC report is posted for me to check and I find that I had not achieved 90% accuracy which was shock because I had done the work correctly. Nonetheless, I confronted them and found a lot of faults on their part. A lot of instructions were not mentioned before and they said it was my fault that I had not read the instructions correctly. Their QC executive only solved one issue which was a mistake on my part and I admitted to it. But, he ignored the other queries I had which I knew were mistakes on their part and told me that their legal department will call me instead of replying about the mistakes he had done. Their legal department called me from 2 different numbers and both the males were very rude. They said if I didn’t pay the money I’ll get a legal notice and threatened me about court proceedings. This was my experience and it was very bad.
