This is an official reply from management
THE VISA LAND.
We want to clarify from the side of our company the Visa land that this complaint by Attinder pal Singh is totally fake and without any facts.
First of all owner of the visa land is Nishan Singh, not Kulbir Singh, His information is totally incorrect. We don’t even know who kulbir singh is?
Second we never put up his file for any case or never arranged any LMIA for attinderpal. He is not our client.
We never asked for any blank cheque from him/and how a blank cheque can be of 2.5 lakh, he does not even know what he is saying?
He’s claming that he verified LMIA issued by our company, if it is so then show us from where he get it verified and where is the copy of LMIA which he’s claiming.
Actual truth about this fake person who claimed himself as Attinderpal Singh (we don’t know whether it is his original name or faked one) is a complete fraud. We do not have any of his detail in our database. He is not our client. He is another immigration agent who just want to defame our company The Visa Land. His Known/girlfriend used to work in our Company and she used to steal our data to help attinderpal so that he can run his own company. She helped him in arranging all the fake data or receipts. Whatever cheque he is calming is never credited in our account, if it is so then why he’s not coming to our office? Or showing receipt of 2.50 lakh. It is just a drama has been created by both of them as when we came to know that his girlfriend is stealing our data, we terminated her from the office and now both of them are just defaming us and our company and blackmailing us and asking for money. We’ve his voice recordings and whatsapp chat in which he is asking for money.
So we suggest all, do not bother or believe rumours. For reference we’ve attached some of the proofs which show he is an immigration agent who doesn’t even have valid licence.
About The Visa Land, we are a Licensed Company and license has been issued by honourable Punjab government and we do not even have a single complaint against us. We’ve also filed a court case against this person. We advise people not to believe this fraud, blackmailer and uneducated person named attinderpal.
We have solid proof that his girlfriend worked in our office and she stole documents from our company and missused it to defame our company.
We are always ready to help our clients whenever they contact us so we request all clients to contact us directly and don’t listen to any fake agent who only wants to ruin our reputation
