I had ordered a bag from www.theexuberant.com worth INR 10000. As shown on the website, it was a luxury bag which they were selling for very low price claiming that it is old collection that is why price is low. But when I recieved the bag, I discovered they have sent me the wrong piece and it is not even original unlike what they claim. It is a very cheap quality product and is fake. Not worth more than INR 300. They are not answering my calls and not replying to my msgs. I earn only INR 24300 and spent INR 10000 on this bag. since I got it for my marriage. I spent almost half my salary on this bag. i, please ask for help and get me my money back. It is my hard earned money. And i spent it for my wedding shopping. I have also seen on your website people have complained about this company before as well. Please take immediate action.. And also save others from this fraud. Thanks
