I had ordered a luois Vuitton bag and shoe. When I got the shipment, both bag and shoe were different from what ordered. After so much cribbing and complaining I got the bag but different color. But haven’t got the shoe yet. Their phone number is never available and when ever it gets connected, they say all lame excuses.
I am fed up with this. If they are not responding any more, I am planning to go legally
