Thefancymania.com – l have NOT received my 2 orders. l booked my order on 16th August.

l am Sucheta Kinkar. I saw an ad of the website thefancymania.com on facebook and l ordered 2 tops (women wear) from their website thefancymania.com on 16th August 2020. The payment is also done for both the ordres. i have not gotten any updated regarding the delivery of my orders from the fancy mania. And l even have not received any receipt of my payment by the fancy mania. While placing the order ,they said that it will be delivered within 12 to 15 days. but , yet, no word from them about the order delivery. I have emailed their customer care for 4 times, but got nothing as an answer. Now, the website “thefancymania.com” doesn’t open in any of the browsers.
My order numbers registered with fancy mania are – #2113 and #2117
l want either the items delivered as soon as possible or the refund.
