I have ordered for TWS earbuds of JBL but received JBL Duet Mini bluetooth earphone which cost not more than Rs 250 on any digital platform, that too in a very bad condition, there is no where i can found the return/replacement option on website.
I had emailed to the given email id but not received any response from their end. the order number shared with me on my email was order#1598, date of purchase was-13th September.2021 from email id-Thefirstdiscount ([email protected]), I had sent the email to this email id too, but yet no response. “ITS A FRAUD”
I have been charged 1549 rupees(COD) for this order, which i have received is different from the image which i have bought from the website.
this website/company is playing fraud on the name of stock clearance sale. this should be stopped immediately so that others can be safe from this fraud.
i had also received a message SMS from AX-STSHIP -“Hi! Your electrobeats order ELECTRO1309/367 for Branded Bluetooth Earbuds DEAL! is ready to be shipped.” on 14th September 2021, 09:20 AM, The order was for the JBL Earbuds but they have sent me the JBL Duet mini which is a different product.
the second message received on 17th September 2021, 06:53 PM from BX-STSHIP, “Hi! Your electrobeats order ELECTRO1309/367 for branded earbuds Deal! has been successfully delivered via Ekart.
I request you to check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible as this seems to be FRAUD.
