I was browsing through net,when I found an offer from Thefirstdiscount for wireless ear buds supposed to be for Sony /UBL…liked it a lot and I placed an order..bearing order no #6238 for and it was for COD for Rs.1549/-
It was delivered by Ekart with tracking id-SMPC0000177918,the delivery person told me also kindly have a check if it’s the same product,when checked before him,it was not the same,it was an old headset from UBL…he told me to call back and have it returned…tried contacting the company for return policy,but could not find one and there was only a mail id where I need to sent and I did send it to [email protected] have the product refunded and my money to be returned back.
