I order(#5793) a watch which had a price tag of Rs.1749.00 with no shipping charges. The mode of delivery was COD. The total amount was paid to the delivery executive by cash (ANTEAIR package with AWB 1307410819475) on13/10/19. The product which I received was totally different from what I ordered and I want to return the item and my money back. After several emails to the company which has the mail id [email protected] no reply was communicated. I dont require the product as it is absolutely different an of no use and want my refund as soon as possible,therefore I lodge my complaint.
