I ordered two items from them. One order got placed, I returned it asked for a refund while the other order did not even get placed but my money got debited. It’s been more than one month since I have requested for my refund but not get it. I have been following up everyday on Instagram and Gmail, they kept telling that they’ll do it in one or two days but did not. Now they stopped responding also.
