i have ordered my product on 17th feb but still i haven’t received my product.on 5th march i received a mail from jtstore.com and in that mail it is written that the ordered product has been out of stock.you have to oreder a different product .after 17 days i am getting confirmation about my product that it has beenout of stock.So i want a strict action against thejtsore.com.i have done the payment at the time of oreder.my order no.is-202050.

After checked your order details, we found that we don’t send any mail to you regarding to out of stock.
