Dear Sir,

I just ordered Ricoh SP 111SU Monochrome Multi-Function Laser Printer Quantity 2 pc. (Order #327905 (08/19/2018)) and all ready pay 353 rs by online net banking payment. there is no way to know order shipping status, their all customer care nos-+91-6262602919,20,21,22,23 are not working or switch off , this www.thejtstore.com site and app doesn’t give any status or update my order. no any reply from their mail help. no working option refund my payment Rs 353.00. please help me sir.
