Hello Sir,
I ordered a kurti from the online store-“theroyalcouture” . I chose the payment option COD. But I received a wrong product instead of the product I ordered. I tried many times calling them,sent multiple mails also but have not received any response from their side. I came to know through facebook posts that this site is fraud and has done the same with numerous other customers. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against them.
