Hi,

I have done online purchase on “theroyalcouture” and they have delivered me the wrong product.

The product which I ordered is totally different from the product which I received. I don’t like the product which got delivered. ALso, deliver product has defected. They are playing with customer money.

I have asked for the refund and return the product and still didn’t heard anything from the company.

Please help me to get the money back.
