I ordered a different item and I got a different item which is of very low quality. When I tried raising a return request against my order, the website theroyalcouture.com is not allowing me to do that. They cannot be reached in the number they have provided. They are not responding to my mails. I tried reaching them through facebook but they blocked me there. When I google about this online portal, I see so many complaints about fraud against this site. They are openly cheating customers and looting money. Please help
