Today India Shopping.com alternately called Today Live Net Shopping Pvt. Ltd. of Lucknow with offices in Sector-16 Noida and Gurgaon ( DLF Cyber City Commercial Complex) have committed serious fraud with me.They telephoned me that I had won a sum of Rs. 26 lakhs as 3rd prize in their company’s online contest. For releasing the prize money, they have swindled me of Rs. 14.40 Lakhs by-making me deposit- Total 43 transactions(saying that all these deposits are refundable alongwith the prize money payout) in various installments (during the period Sept. 2015 to January 2016) into their company bank accounts in Indus Ind Bank, Sector-63, Noida and Syndicate Bank, Adilabad Kalyanpur Branch in Lucknow under different heads like bank security deposits, tax, service tax, air flight tickets for 2 persons to Bengaluru and 5 star hotel room charges for attending the prize giving ceremony in Bengaluru etc. etc.. For the last one year they have been making one mis-committment after another regarding release of my payments. The payment release dates by them have changed more than 20 times.They are a confirmed criminal gang and economic/financial offenders. Even RBI has confimed this and has done their KYC. The persons involved in this crime are their CEO Abhishekh Kumar and his wife Arti Kumar, Ms. Neha Sharma, Manger (Customer Satisfaction), Kushal Tandon, Mr. Khandelwal, Manager (Accounts/Finance), Rohan Mehta, Rajeev Jain, CA, Rakesh Sharma, Akash Mehra, Akash Sharma, Akash Malhotra, Sushant Kumar etc. Many of these employees change their names, identities and voice and are confirmed criminals/fraudsters.
