I consulted Toothsi for clear aligner they told me to pay 11500 rupees in advance for scanning process.i paid the same but next due to some financial reason i am dont want to continue and applied for refund.raise a ticket on portal and sent mail on support id but nobody is response on that .In Toothsi refund policy it is celar written that if scanning is not done then customer will get 100% refund still they are attending my complaint .Kindly help me
