Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you as P.Anna Vilasini, the mother of P.Ashish Ebenezer. I recently enquired about getting aligners for my son through your clinic. While I was informed about the terms and conditions, there seems to be a discrepancy between the information provided to me and what was communicated to my son during his visit to Toothsi Dental Clinic, which was referred to us by your organization.

According to my son, the doctor explained certain procedures that could potentially have long-term effects on his dental health. As a concerned parent, we immediately requested the doctor to inform you about these concerns via email. However, to date, we have not received any response in this regard.

I would like to bring to your attention that I am a single mother and had to take out a loan to afford the aligners for my son. Considering that my son is not ready for the procedure and the uncertainty surrounding the potential impact on his future dental health, I earnestly appeal to your understanding and compassion in this matter.

I kindly request that you consider my appeal for a refund of the amount paid and facilitate the return of the unopened aligners box to your clinic. We have not tampered with the seal of the box and would like to return it in its original condition.

I trust that you will give due consideration to my request and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a favorable resolution.
