I consulted for my teeth treatment they told me to pay 11000 rupees in advance to for the process the scanning process of my teeths . They told me that customer can cancel the process and can get 100% refund if they wish to not continue so due to my financial condition I told them next day that I don’t want to continue please refund my 11000 so they told me that now nothing can happen you have to go for the treatment but I disagreed by saying that I don’t have the capacity to continue the treatment please refund my 11000 to me but they told me that now nothing can happen and they are not replying to my messages and calls properly now. That I have read the toothsir refund policies which says that a customer can get 100% refund if their scanning process is not completed so much scanning process is not completed and it is a hundred percent refund but they are not giving any response.
