my Name is Avinash Sonawane
I Had free Dental scan Visit by toothsi on 3 Nov 2022 after that i paid 15000 Thousand Rupees as Down Payment for Aligners and after that i immediately within 1 Hour i Raised ticket for full refund for twice every time when i call they cut my call and if pick up every time new peson is there who talks with me,
also whatever plan they were showing me is incorrect whatever it completely differs from my scan Model of Upper And Lower jaws Front teeth And For Refund thry are saying we are deducting 5000 Rs as Processing fees when i asked them whatever your process plan is incorrect and i can not give 5000 RS deduction for same you can refer images attached here
