Toothsi person came for home scan and did scanning, immediately he forced me to do the payment, i told him that i will confirm you by end of day, but he didn’t leave and forcefully made me to pay, even before paying i asked about the cancellation, he said we can cancel it anytime, the next day i raised a request for cancellation, received mail stating that we will process your request, 3 days later, customer support called and told me that cancellation is not possible as your plan is ready. What were they doing on 3 days, till now i didn’t get any callback or solution to my problem.
