Hi,
I made order for my aligners, more than two weeks now they are not responding me. When I call their customer care it’s not responding. I have paid 46k for the aligners and now I haven’t received invoice nor the aligners set also and I see so much of negative feedback and fraudulent complaints on them. I want my money refund. This incident happened on 16th September 2021. They said 15days and either they don’t receive call or they say within 15days you will receive
