I have opted for a plan called Toothsi easy for the allignment of teeth by the company called toothsi and AMPA Orthodontics, after the initial scan and the advice by the marketing person from their company, for which i have paid Rs 11000/- as advance and i was not given any products and i was asked to make further payment through some finance company or credit card. And for some personal reasons, i’ve withdrawn the idea of this treatment. As i was not given any product, and asked them for the refund of the amount i have already paid. And they are telling me that no refund is available for the plan.. my payment was done on 17 th July at 01.34 pm through net banking and the transaction was succesful shown in their website. I have attached the screenshot. They are now refusing the refund. I was not given any services from the company.
