Iam Akshaya. I had a toothsi scan on Jan 30th of 2021.On that day I made a down payment of Rs. 11k to toothsi agent. Toothsi agent told that If you pay down payment of Rs. 11k you will get 50%offer on toothsi treatment. So I paid 11k on that day. After one week toothsi rejected my case. Now date is March 8th. I have made complaint to toothsi continuously regarding my refund. But still now I have not received my refund. Toothsi agents are saying they have escalated the issue to the concerned team. But they are not processing the refund. I have contacted toothsi team through chat and also contacted them through calls but they are not giving the proper information. Also they are not saying when refund will be processed. I also shared the screenshot of my payment through email to toothsi but still no response. So please help me in this and give me a solution. Thanks.
