I would like to share with you all about my bad customer experience with @toothsialigners.I was insisted for payment on the account of special discount on day of free scan.I was not happy with the plan and requested refund. Its been almost 15 days of followups but I haven’t got any revert from customer support team. No one is picking up the calls and no one is responding on the emails. Please help to get my money back.

* Write Toothsi in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Toothsi.
I am also facing the same issue. They are not giving me refund of 11,000 as it was already promissed if I don’t want to take their plan. Company take 11,000 money as advance from many people by giving fake promisses and don’t give refund of our hard earned money.

I would like to share my experience with Toothsie, the customer service experience is pathetic and it’s been already more than a month my money has not been credited. I paid 49999 after discount. My case was rejected because I have gone through cancer treatment. Very heartless, they haven’t given me any written mail what was the exact reason as to why, being a very big brand. The communication system really needs to be improved, the customer has to be well informed of the same.
While taking the money they haven’t taken even a minute to swipe my card when I have discussed my case with the orthodontist who came to do my scanning..
It’s very disappointing with this lack of experience. It’s just a source of minting money.
I have written mails after mails and have dropped messages to those orthodontist who was taking care of it but no revert.
Absolutely no humanity at all. It’s a hard earn money.
I really don’t recommend tootsie to anyone. Worst experience ever!

Same is my situation with TOOTHSI. Mails are not replied, no contact through whatsapp and no one attends the customer care number. Pathetic service.
I have paid Rs 46000 and I see no chances of getting my aligners. Even sales people won’t respond. BEWARE before paying money to TOOTHSI
