I had a tooth scan with toothsi company and one practitioner and other person came to my home for a scan. When I logged in to your website, it was a free scan. However, after the scan their team asked me to do a down payment of my invisible aligners, I refused them to make payment until I got a proper report but they said there is a cost of scan and report associated with it and they put pressure on me and forced me to make a down payment payment through a credit card of 11000 rs. Moreover, They told me a list of dentists who are your partners, when I called them and confirmed that they said they are not partners of toothsi and they don’t consider your company as a good company. when, I really had a doubt on the authenticity of your company, I called customer care and asked for refund. Its been 7 days they are making excuses and not entertaining. Its a fraud company, nobody should buy their products.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Toothsi.
They forced me to make payments asap. The manger in other side was bargaining like fish market and asking to buy the product. Worst experience ever.
