I would like to share my bad customer experience with@toothsialigners .
I was insisted for payment on account of special discount on day of free scan. However after the payment they simply escalated the plan asking u may require more services and double the charges.
I was not happy with the plan and requested refund. The Customer rep. said she will revert back in 07 days as refund will take 07 days. She didn’t revert back for almost 30 days even after continous mail from my side.
Than I said on mail that I will escalate issue on social media and consumer forum the same lady called me within 05 mins informing that ur refund has been initiated .asking for EdC no response again.
When I approached few more customers who also found to be frustrated with services of toothsi has told me to escalate from customer care contact no..
I had did the same. After that I got to know there was no refund query has raised on my account.
I had asked them to refund my amount . Which they agreed on payment of full .
Person name Rehan mentioning himself as middle manager told me we will give full refund . When I got the msg on deduction of 2000 rs. From my full amount they said it’s our policy.. I asked them why no one has informed me about this policy.. everyone was referring for full refund then where is this reduction come into picture.
Please help me to get my full money back..
