DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I bought the prime treatment plan. I was given an 11 month plan with 21 ugpper and 24 lower aligners. I underwent the treatment for 6 months and I saw no results. None at all. I started asking from the 3rd set of aligners about why there was no change in my teeth alignment at all. They said you will see improvement after 3 months. After 3 months I asked them again and they they said improvements can be seen after 5 months. After 5 months when I asked, they started saying at least 70–80% of the treatment should be done to see any results. At one point they even said that the plan was already achieved.

They were fraudulent from the beginning. At the time of payment, they showed me a different plan and after the payment they showed another plan.

I asked them for a full refund and they kept me waiting for calls from doctors and internal department and these calls alone took 5 months.

They are not refunding me in full. They are saying they will provide 60% refund. Are they doing me a favor? I insisted on full refund and for 5 months now there is no progress.

When I call them, the agents are making fun of me. The salesman who took money from me shouted at me over the phone.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AT ANY COST!
