Hello,
I needed some alignment in my teeth structure and I reached out to toothsi for treatment considering the reputation of the company.
I was reached out by toothsi executive and was given assurance that my requirement would met if I buy their plan. So, I gave the advance payment of ₹11,000.00 and started.
Later, toothsi doctor reached out to me stated there won’t be any improvement even if I buy the plan as there is a tooth implantation in my front teeth (X-ray was already shared with them). So I decided to drop my plan as there was no point spending 60k and with no results.
Since then I have been reaching out to these guys for refund but still they aren’t responding.
Want to say so much but due to words restriction im stopping.
Plan bought on 4th feb, 2023 and today is 30th Nov, its been 9 mths of chasing, Fyi
