On 3rd March I had a call with toothsi representative for the aligners and I was asked to pay 11k for getting discount. I paid the amount and after 3 hours I decided not to go ahead with the treatment and conveyed the same to them. They said They will return the amount which was paid earlier. It is 20th of march now and still noone is giving the right information about the status of my refund. I did not even initiate the process. The very same day i said i dont want to go ahead.Even after repeated followups they didnt give the right information.
