I got to know about Toothsi from facebook. I requested a call back . A person with number mobile number 8657985224 called me 10 times. Since my phone was in silent mode I didnot pick up(I keep in silent mode because I don’t want to disturb my baby ). Given me the details like it is pain free , nothing effect to my feeding of baby and booked impression kit . Without any clinical visit they took my scan with help of kit. Doctor Smirt on the call itself took 11K amount for booking the aligners. After paying full amount 47, 300Rs . these people took almost 2 months to deliver my aligners after calling several times to them. Uffff… finally I recieved aligners and wore the first one next day itself I got bleeding in gums and ulcers. I called to Toothsi they took a 24hours to forward my call to Dr, Sania who asked me to file the sharp edge of aligner with nail cutter. So unprofessional how can they manufacture sharp edge of aligner and ask us to do service like this?!. Dr. Sania arranged replacement for my aligners. Since I was fed up this service , I wanted to stop it here itself asked them to refund my remaining money by taking charge 4000 for the first aligner as I used it. They have begin the aligners production even though I told them to not to go for my order. But they delivered it to my place and not giving my amount I am not ready to take treatment as I got bleeding and ulcers due to wearing of trail kit aligner. These frauds are not picking my calls. When I call they pick up and don’t talk anything. How can they manufacture and send all aligners set (14sets) at once. Customer relationship manager Pooja Kunwar with number 865798121 is not helping me with anything.
