Hi i got toothsi aligners scan a few weeks back and paid 11K the same day but due to health issues i could not proceed with the treatment but when I asked for refund I am not getting callbacks and emails are constantly ignored after waiting for 10 min on customer support number they tell me that they will ask the concerned person to give me a callback but I did not receive anything.
