We have booked a free scan in thootsi, initially they said plan as basic & made us to pay 45999. After two days they sent a mail saying that we should go to advance plan with 15000 extra. We were not happy with the plan so requested for the refund. Till day no response from there side . The person who has visited for the scan is not picking our call & customer support is waste they will always says standard words ” you will get a call from concerned team within 24hours” . Daily am calling customer care but no use only same dialogue I used to hear. No call received from the concerned team till date.It has been almost more than a month. I really donno what to do inorder to get the refund. Thootsi is totally fraud.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Toothsi.
They called soo many times for the treatment but when I didn’t want further treatment and want refund they just said they will call me till now I haven’t received any kind of mail or sms or call regarding my refund they are just fraud and money scam. I’m jobless now still I have to pay the bills for the treatment that I didn’t want further!
Plz help me out guys.
