Very much disappointed since day one, with wrong commitments and bad services by Toothisi, 2nd shipment aligners dispatched after 5 Months, and after so many reminders to toothsi team Swati, waiting for a Dentist appointment to restart the process now, still not getting any response from Toothsi side, Everyone saying we are not the right person to contact, No one is ready to take responsibility and solve consumer issues
Firstly after commitment charged high, after registration, now not ready to give proper services, Kindly refund are money back, Six months gap already during the treatment
not at all happy with Services and our money totally wastage as till now not got desired results
Need refund whole amount as they are not giving proper services and not getting results
We are just giving reminders to Swati, she is saying not my responsiblity, and we dont know to whom we can contact
