A month has passed since I completed the emi procedure for the toothsi aligners. They said it’ll be delivered to me within a month. I’ve been trying to reach them for almost a week on calls, whatsapp but no one from the customer care respond to my calls or reply back. Now I realise that i have gotten myself into a fraud. I borrowed the money from my parents to pay for the Aligners. ₹47000 is a hefty amount for someone like me & I need my money back.

How to file a complaint against Toothsi?
* Go to page
* Write Toothsi in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Toothsi.
Irritating and annoying Customer executives. Even after refusal also they keep on calling and asking for the details.
And also one of the executives was rudely behaved and was saying if you don’t want to take service why did you register with us you have to take service.
I have also did complain about him and informed them to remove my name from their list still they have not done it. Daily they are calling and irritating like anything.
From the last three to four months they are doing it.
