I had applied for teeth alignment services for my daughter
I paid 20% advance on the very first day of scanning and appraisal after they assured me discounts on package. Subsequently, they asked me to conduct an x-ray and even after complying with all requisites from my end, they were unable to provide a clear cut plan for the way forward. Finally, I managed to get a call with Dr. Purva on 18th April who assured me that they will move forward with one more dental cleanup procedure and a second round of scanning. However, Toothsi is unresponsive and unable to provide the way forward since then even after repeated reminders.
