Toothsi refusing to refund my money. On the day of scanning they asked my card details and said if you are not okay with the plan you can cancel it anytime. After getting my scan reports I said i am not okay with the plan and they re-planned it. Even for second time I am not satisfied with the plan and asked to refund the money I paid. For this month the EMI has already been cut without even starting the treatment itself. Now they are not responding correctly, not answering my calls and customer care people saying it’s in progress but I don’t think they are telling truth. Please take a serious action on this people who are looting people’s money.
