I’m writing to you today to let you know how deeply frustrated and disappointed I am with the unceasing spam calls from your dental aligner business, Toothsi by MakeO, that I have been receiving over the past few months.
I have received numerous telemarketing calls from your business over the past few months despite having politely declined your services and made it clear that I am not interested in them.
These recurring and bothersome calls have not only interfered with my daily activities but have also annoyed and inconvenienced me greatly.

– Cease all further spam calls to my phone number immediately.
– Remove my contact information from your database to ensure that I am not contacted in the future.
– Implement stricter internal controls to prevent such unsolicited marketing practices within your organization.
-Failure to address this issue promptly and effectively may compel me to take further action to protect my privacy and rights as a consumer. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
I value an amicable resolution that benefits all parties concerned, and I sincerely hope that we can reach one.
I kindly ask for a written response that acknowledges my complaint and details the steps taken to make things right.
