I came across tootshi ad in instagram and wanted to check on it. I booked for a free check up and I did enroll for the treatment as well.
I used to get 10+ calls everyday before I made my payment to tootshi just to confirm order. Once it’s done it’s been 3 weeks and nobody answers my calls and no proper response. The concerned person is online in whatsapp and ignore my texts. This is not fair, they have to update me on what to do next, I got an email to take xray of my teeth but they said that they will guide me how to take xrays but waiting for 3 weeks and no updates.
This is more over a fraud activity. They don’t have cancelations due to which they don’t care abt us after the payment. Concerned person : Akhil : 8976730469
Kindly close this company to save many others as I don’t want ppl to face the same again with this worst company.
