Hi,
I bought a aligner plan from Tootsi and paid 11000 rupees. Further due to some injury I cancelled and asked for refund after 1 day.
Tootsi team asked me for doctor prescription which I submitted also I noted that 2000 rupees will be deducted as a cancellation charges which I accepted. They assured balance refund to me in 7-15 days.
However after 1 week they Toòtsi team called and told since we have paid the money by own consent and so no refund wil be given. They forced for treatment saying no refund will be given’.
I requested but tootsi person asked can not do anything and can’t handle my case.
I have seen so many greviences till now but this time have experienced personally.
I have contacted my doc and básed on advice can’t not take treatment.
