Sir,
I have purchased SKODA Octavia 2.0 l and k model from torque auto ,Ahmedabad,Gujarat.I had made transaction from my account through RTGS in company’s account.i have paid full amount of 27 lacs then also I have not provided with full legal documents.Some documents they them given me as
1)For skoda insurance I have paid 107,236 but they have given insurance of Videocon company amount of approximate 62000.(I have policy which is given to me as evidence)
2)I have paid full amount and had delivery of my car on 29th nov 2017 but invoice is of 12th dec 2017.I have doubt that it’s fake invoice (have the copy of invoice as evidence)
3)Paid TCS1% as 24008 but denying to give their tcs certificate.
4)Paid deport charges 10000 but denying to give me receipt.
5)Paid 47,924 for Drive assure elite again denied to give me receipt of Payment nor policy is given to me.
6)Essential accessory kit amount 12,999 paid but no receipt of payment nor accessory provided.
7)Registration for individual paid of 104,831 but since it’s more then 15 days nor car is registered nor receipt of payment given .
8)price list of car and other documents are attached.
Sir please resolve my issue as quick as possible because I have doubt that I am betrayed and being fooled by the company managers and staffs.Manager and whole team of sales is involved.
If my issues are not cleared that I will file against the dealer of your company in higher judiciary authority for justice in India as well as PIL against how foreign companies are fooling here in Indians and will also spread media and newspapers.I think which will very bad and will affect the sales in India .
More over if I am not satisfied the also file in the judicial authority in the court of London as the company is of the foreign.So you may resolve my issue as I don’t want because to earn some penny of bucks employees of the dealer the good and only leading reputated car Automotive company should pay for it
