I had ordered an order(saree) in Messho app and there was the courier partner “Valmo” but before that delivery time one courier partner name “Shadowfax” delivered that product with same address that was given by me in meesho app that’s why I received the order and paid (1222/-) . But I have not received that product , I have received tampered cloths (torn jeans , kurti) and smells very bad . Today (13th august 2025) “Valmo” again came to deliver my product as the actual courier partner was “Valmo” . So why I will give double payment and how the user’s data used and scamed by third party website ? I want my full payment refund and I don’t want that tampered cloths I have received .
