TP-Quality – I am complaining about my money from TP-Quality on how to refund

I completed all the task. They ask my Store Username, Actual Name, Mall Account and Gcash Account so that I can withdraw now my money. I verify then my account, but they told me like this “Dear VIP user 199712. Hello your withdrawal failed. Since your withdrawal amount is relatively large, you need to pay a deposit of 2,000 pesos to verify the security of your account, and 2,000 pesos will be added to your account. After the verification is successful, the mall will complete your withdrawal within 5-30 minutes.” I pay then 2,000 pesos, honestly I verify again my account I gave them my true information. But then they told me again like this ” Dear Vip user 199712. Hello, the provide mall account number :***********(my number) error cannot be queried, resulting in account verification failure. Your account is abnormal and there is a risk of being stolen. You need to pay a deposit of 2,000 pesos again, to verify your account security. 2,000 pesos will be added to your account , and the mall will complete your withdrawal within 5-30 minutes after successful verification. Note: Please provide real information, your account will be frozen by the system after three verification errors. ” I can’t withdraw now my money. 😭 I trust this number she is my contact on whatsapp, +63 966 332 2047 about TP-Quality. Is this Scam or legit?
