Hey. I am writing about this fraud company called Transdeals. Someone called my saying that they are calling from Axis Bank Credit Card. They explained to me all the details about a program when I have to pay Rs 9,990 to get a 1-year subscription for coupons, gift cards, discounts on restaurants, health check ups, online shopping, travel, holidays, hotels, etc. I asked the man what’s the catch. He said that I was a valuable customer of Axis Credit Card. That is why so many discounts are being offered. The main attraction was the 10-20% discount on every online purchase on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
I ended up paying the amount. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE !!!!
When I decided to buy something on Amazon, the Transdeals card didn’t work. There were login issues. I raised a complaint and they activated the card. Thereafter, I got to know that I could only recharge this card for Rs 500. 10% discount on this would be just Rs 50. Even this coupon code was not valid on Amazon.
This is clearly a fraud where the person on the phone had said that if you buy something worth Rs 50,000 online, with 20% discount, you will recover your Rs 9,990 subscription fee. Obviously, none of that happened. The website is shockingly useless. Perhaps, someone made it for Rs 1000.
There are no policies, rules, nothing. Just a home page.
Now they are calling me after 1 year saying that I have to renew it. I didn’t use it for 1 year which has made losses to the company. I said I want to cancel it. They say I will have to pay the price of the offers (approximately Rs 45,000) to cancel.
They are mentally harassing me.

Hey, Please don’t worry. They won’t be able to deduct anything. They said same to me, just don’t entertain or treat them like you would treat any other fraud. Actually this is fraudauster and scammer and they had duped many people like this.
They try to mentally harras you, you can just mentally harass them as they can’t do shit without your consent.
