Sir/Madaam this is to lodge a complaint against the online shopping webstore
I had purchased a powerbank of the brand ‘Mi’ of capacity 20000mAh which came along with a Samsung Memory Card 128Gb on 27th of March I received the product on 2nd of April Sunday which was a Cash on Delivery and paid a sum of rs.`1149..
To my dismay the product from the packaging itself could be told was a ciunterfeit and neither the powerband nor the memory card was working. I wouldn’t mind the memory card not working as it was a bonus but as for the powerbank , something needs to be done
In order to return the product I emailed the custmer care at [email protected] but to my dismay there has been no reply so far as such
I would be grateful if somebody would help me
rather than a exchange a refund would me more desirable as it seems better to buy an appliance at shop itself as these sites can be trusted

    I was return my mi power bank and memory card.its not working properly memory card are dublicate and power bank is heating so much.plz.plz return this product.and refund me.plz.plz.
